About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made on the Trail Nest website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and availability
- All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We try to keep stock levels accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
- We may correct pricing errors. If a price on your order was wrong, we will contact you before dispatch.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the products. We may confirm cash on delivery orders by phone before dispatch.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times, return conditions and refunds are described on our Shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Using outdoor equipment safely
Camping and trekking carry risks. Read the instructions that come with each product, use stoves and fire starters outdoors only, and check weather and route conditions before you travel. Trail Nest is not liable for injury caused by misuse of products.
