We deliver to every city and most towns in Pakistan through our courier partners.

Orders in Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Other cities take 2 to 5 working days. Remote areas in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir can take longer.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 15,000. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Use the Track your order page with your order number and billing email, or check the order in your account. We also share the courier tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

You can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See the Shipping and returns page for the full policy.

Look at the comfort rating, not the limit rating. Pick a bag with a comfort rating a few degrees lower than the coldest night you expect. For Deosai or Babusar in summer, that usually means a comfort rating of 0°C or lower.
