Shipping & returns
Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: usually 1 to 2 working days.
- Other cities: usually 2 to 5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 15,000. Below that, the delivery fee is shown at checkout.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please check the parcel is sealed before paying. If the outer packaging is damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us.
Returns and exchanges
- You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging with all parts and tags.
- For hygiene reasons, opened hydration bladders and used sleeping bag liners cannot be returned unless faulty.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your bank account within 7 working days.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
